Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The replacement item is available in stock.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Accepted for Exchange Not Accepted
✅ Wrong size received ❌ Used or washed items
✅ Defective item ❌ Tags removed
✅ Wrong item sent ❌ Items after 7 days

How to Exchange

Contact Us

Email admin@roctiva.com with your order number, item details, and the size/variant you want instead.

Confirm Availability

We'll check stock and confirm the exchange within 1–2 business days.

Send Back the Item

Ship the original item back in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Receive Your New Item

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

✅ If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.

شروط الاستبدال

نقبل الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك، بشرط:

  • المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
  • جميع التاجات والتغليف سليمة.
  • المنتج البديل متوفر في المخزون.
  • تقديم رقم الطلبية.
مقبول للاستبدال غير مقبول
✅ مقاس خاطئ ❌ منتجات مستخدمة أو مغسولة
✅ منتج به عيب ❌ منزوعة التاج
✅ منتج مختلف عن المطلوب ❌ بعد مرور 7 أيام

خطوات الاستبدال

تواصل معنا

راسلنا على admin@roctiva.com برقم طلبيتك والمقاس/المنتج الذي تريده بدلاً.

تأكيد التوفر

سنتحقق من المخزون ونرد عليك خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

إرسال المنتج

أرسل المنتج بتغليفه الأصلي. تكلفة الشحن على عاتق العميل إلا في حالة وجود عيب.

4

استلام المنتج الجديد

بعد الاستلام والفحص، يُشحن المنتج البديل خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

✅ إذا كان المنتج البديل غير متوفر، سنعرض عليك رصيد في المتجر أو استرجاع كامل للمبلغ.
