Exchange Policy

At Roctiva, we want you to love every purchase. If something is not quite right, we make exchanging easy.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Simply let us know the item you would like to exchange for and we will guide you through the process.

How to Exchange

1. Contact our support team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
2. We will confirm availability of the replacement item.
3. Send back the original item following our return instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your new item will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Exchange Fees

If the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, there is no charge. For size or preference exchanges, a standard delivery fee of 75 EGP applies.
