Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Defective or incorrect items returned free of charge.
• All other returns: standard delivery fee of 75 EGP applies.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you detailed return instructions.
3. Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or altered items.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
