Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Defective or incorrect items returned free of charge.
- All other returns: standard delivery fee of 75 EGP applies.
How to Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you detailed return instructions.
- Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
