Return Policy

سياسة الاسترجاع — Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
⚠️ Items that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email us at admin@roctiva.com within 7 days with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item

Send the item back in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

✅ Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

شروط الاسترجاع

نقبل الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك، بشرط:

  • المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
  • جميع التاجات والتغليف سليمة.
  • يوجد عيب في التصنيع أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.
  • تقديم رقم الطلبية.
⚠️ المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة أو المنزوعة التاج غير مقبولة للاسترجاع.

خطوات الاسترجاع

راسلنا على admin@roctiva.com خلال 7 أيام برقم طلبيتك وسبب الاسترجاع.

الحصول على موافقة

سيرد فريقنا خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

إرسال المنتج

أرسل المنتج بتغليفه الأصلي. تكلفة الشحن على عاتق العميل إلا في حالة وجود عيب.

استرجاع المبلغ

بعد الاستلام والفحص، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 3–5 أيام عمل.

✅ يتم رد المبلغ على طريقة الدفع الأصلية أو كرصيد في المتجر.
